Timeless magic of the Mozambique Channel

"Several years ago, I sailed along the northern coast of Madagascar aboard a dhow, navigating the Mozambique Channel—a journey both extraordinary and timeless. From this voyage and the encounters along the way, beautiful adventures emerged, reminiscent of *Corto Maltese*, blending coastal sailing, hiking, and magical nights under the stars, either on the deck or on the beach. This region is fascinating and unique.  

The coastline is a rare mosaic of diversity, stretching from emblematic Diego Suarez to luminous Majunga, from the Vanilla Coast on the Indian Ocean to the idyllic beaches of the West, sheltered by imposing mountain ranges. The landscapes shift in harmony with the vibrant rhythms of northern Malagasy music—fast, hypnotic, and circular like a salegy leading to a trance.
