Sitraka SAMOELISOA

As the Administrative and Financial Manager of Détours Madagascar, my philosophy involves a commitment to act ethically, honestly, and transparently in all decisions and financial transactions.

In addition to my dedication to excellence, my experience as an Administrative and Financial Assistant at the UNDP, as an accountant for an online company in France, and my training in Marketing Management and International Trade at ACEEM Manakambahiny University play a key role in the success and growth of our organization. We are a team capable of quickly adapting to changes, new tasks, and challenges, responding to our clients’ needs with enthusiasm and professionalism, and I am here to ensure this.

If I were an office tool, I would be a computer, as I am efficient in managing information and often work with software and digital data.

If I were a word to describe my career at Détours Madagascar, I would be "enriching." I have gained new skills, valuable experiences, and memorable memories throughout my career.

If I were a Détours Madagascar trip, I would be the great crossing of the North Makay, as I am bold, adventurous, and love challenges.

If I were a Détours Madagascar traveler, I would be a cultural explorer. I’ve immersed myself in the richness of Malagasy culture, met local communities, and participated in traditional ceremonies.

If I were a region, I would be Antsiranana, as I am fascinated by the biodiversity of northern Madagascar, home to national parks, jungles, and a variety of animal and plant species.

If I were a village, I would be Nosy Komba for a peaceful island experience. Nosy Komba is a small island known for its natural beauty, tranquil beaches, and welcoming local population.

If I were a landscape, I would be a beach at sunset. I am calm, serene, and enjoy tranquility, and a sunset beach could represent me, symbolizing peace and beauty.

If I were a plant, I would be bamboo, flexible and adaptable.

If I were an endemic animal, I would be the lemur of Madagascar, curious, adaptive, and appreciative of diversity.

If I were a month of the year, I would be August, my birth month and the start of summer.

If I were a means of transportation, I would be a sports car, adventurous and energetic.

If I were a piece of clothing or accessory, I would be a blazer, as I appreciate formal environments and value success.

If I were a travel accessory, I would be a suitcase, symbolizing organization and careful planning for a trip.

If I were food, I would be chocolate made from Madagascar cocoa, often used in culinary creations, reflecting creativity and the ability to innovate in different areas of life.

If I were a sound, I would be a stream, as the sound of a stream is natural and in harmony with the environment.

If I were a language, I would be French, considered an elegant and refined language.

If I were a sport, I would be yoga, associated with serenity, relaxation, and inner peace.

If I were a quality, I would be kindness, a quality that resonates with empathy, gentleness, and sincere concern for others' well-being, making the world a better place!

If I were a flaw, I would be perfectionism: I set standards of excellence that are extremely difficult, even impossible, to achieve.

If I were a Malagasy personality, I would be myself.
